3 Things Thursday 9-30-21

1 – TAKING NOTES – 1

As I’ve been putting my garden to bed for the winter, I’ve been scribbling notes in my garden journal. It will be a big help in planning next year’s garden. Start one today!

2 – FROM FREEZER TO SHELF – 2

I’ve been doing bits of dehydrating all summer long. I love how my produce takes up so much less room. It never occurred to me that I could take a load off of my freezer as well by dehydrating some of my frozen foods. Thanks Little Homestead in Boise.

3 – FALL COLOR – 3

Early in the morning, my sweetie and I pulled out of our driveway and the sunlight hit the ferns as they were putting on their fall color. Breathtaking!

Have a great day! Lori ❤
